UltraHeal-P4P7

INCI Name: Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7

CAS: 221227-05 -0

Molecular Formula: C34H62N8O7

UltraHeal-P4P7 is a synthetic peptide derived from immunoglobulin G, known for its outstanding soothing and skin-tightening effects.

Product Information:

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the predominant immunoglobulin in human serum and serves as the primary antibody in the immune response. Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 is a palmitoylated derivative of the Gly-Gln-Pro-Arg (GQPR) tetrapeptide, derived from the structural fragments of the IgG. GQPR tetrapeptide can stimulate macrophages and granulocytes, enhancing phagocytic activity. Additionally, the GQP sequence is commonly found in type IV collagen. As a potent skin conditioner, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 (UltraHeal-P4P7) inhibits the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as IL-6), and promotes the synthesis of key extracellular matrix components including laminin, fibronectin, and collagen. This results in reduced skin wrinkles, improved skin texture, and provides notable soothing and tightening effects.
